Easy 5 miles on the treadmill while watching the Patriots game. Treated this like a real easy recovery day. Should have done some strength work, but was running short on time as I headed down to Pembroke to watch Coach Black get inducted in the inaugural class of the Whitman-Hanson Athletic Hall of Fame!

Had a really good race this morning. Ideal racing weather. The course was a out and back and was a good route. Gave it everything I had today and finished in the top 20 and got 2nd in age division. Very organized race.
