Came close to bagging out of this run. Just felt totally fried, and was wasn't sure if I’d be able to hold up a high enough cadence to ward off the hip/glute demons. Decided to hop on the treadmill and just take it mile by mile. Once I hit the 3 or 4 mile mark, things clicked and I got into a nice groove. Seems that i can more easily maintain a "proper" stride while wearing the Adios vs. the Bostons. I think I might try and use the Adios for a few days to see if that hypothesis hold ups. Managed to snag a 2nd pair of white/black Adios 3 off of Adidas.com for $70! Not quite ready to move on to the Adios 4 just yet. Plus, this is half the price! Still have a relatively new pair of white/black Adios 3 to add into the mix soon, too. I've definitely worn significantly through the outer rubber covering the boost material in the forefoot of both these older Adios 3s.
