Bar Harbor, ME - Eagle Lake. Stuck mostly to the Witch Hole side of the lake area. Really focused on higher cadence/running right over center of gravity. Hip felt pretty good during the run. Calves already sore during the run. Want to stick with cushioned shoes, but also want to reduce the heel-toe differential. Ordered some Kinvara's (4mm drop).
