I had a tough time getting going, including some walking breaks early in run. I was worn out from yesterday’s running, went to bed early and got 11 hours of sleep. Took it slow and eventually my body felt better. Gu at 1 hour and 2 hours. Water from Dover police station bathroom at 90 min. Swung by home late in run for lots of water and some apricots. Overall very happy that I got it done.
