Back home! Wasn't excited about heading outside where it was 45 degrees cooler than yesterday's run (50 degrees), and was feeling tired from the 8+ hrs in the car today, so decided to just jog a bit on the treadmill and see what happens. Almost called it a day during the first few miles, but felt much, much better the 2nd half of the run. Didn't push the pace at all. Strength (2 sets) after.
