After work, before supper run to Elm Bank, 2+ miles on the trails then back home. Crossed paths with Katie F running at Elm Bank. Picked up the pace a little on the way back, but continued to run the downhills carefully.

Leg seems like it�s getting better. Much more normal stride today. Knee a bit sore towards end of run but not bad. Ran all downhills really slowly to reduce pounding. Patience...

Wow that was a great run. Took awhile to get use to no air but felt good after that. Looks like I went swimming.
