After too many celebrate, Da Boss and I were in need of some fresh air collection; quick jaunt around the greater hood area worked.

Out and back to Sherborn Center. Turned around very near Nosh N Grog.

4 mile warm up, 30 x 30 sec hard with 1 min jog recovery, plus extra 5 min jog recovery after every 10, 2 mile cool down. Felt pretty good until about number 19 or 20, then had to increase the mental energy for the rest. Managed to stay strong until the end.
